Kassy McGourty is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Taft Communications since June 2020, Kassy previously held various leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson from 1990 to 2013, including Sr. Director positions in Global Stakeholder Communication, Communication for Medical Devices Transformation, and Global Communication & Public Affairs. Kassy's expertise spans organizational and executive communications, social media strategy, change communications, brand launches, and crisis management. Additionally, Kassy has held senior communication roles at Centocor Ortho Biotech, Ortho Biotech, and M&M Communications, leading teams and substantial communication initiatives throughout a dynamic career. Kassy holds a BS in Journalism with a minor in Business Management from West Virginia University.
