Steve Caswell has a diverse work experience in the entertainment and operational support sectors. Steve is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at TAG Live™ since March 2021. Before this role, they worked as an Operations Director at TAG Live™ from August 2017 to March 2021, where they had overall responsibilities for UK/Europe/MENA Operational Support. Prior to that, Steve was an Operations Manager at TAG Live™ from June 2016 to August 2017, where they ensured and improved the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of various projects and organizational operations. Earlier in their career, Steve worked at Bourne Leisure Ltd, where they held roles such as Butlins: Entertainments Support Manager & Artiste Liaison from February 2014 to June 2016, Haven: Entertainment Manager from January 2010 to February 2014, and Haven: On Stage Presenter from June 2005 to January 2010. In these roles, they managed teams, maintained standards, provided training, and looked after visiting artists.

Steve Caswell studied English Literature & Theatre Studies at the University of Winchester. Steve has also obtained various certifications, including Mental Health First Aid, How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps, How to Organize Your Time and Your Life, Everyday Employment Law, Basic Life Support and AED Awareness, and Managing Health & Safety. Steve completed an EDEXCEL SVQ 3 In Management at SCQF Level 7 and a Modern Apprenticeship In Management from MSC (Management Standards Centre) in 2013.
