Martin McLean

Martin McLean possesses over thirteen years of experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically in the petroleum transportation industry. Currently serving as a Welder at Tag Manufacturing Inc. since October 2023, Martin previously held the title of Certified Lean Technician (Bronze Level)/Welder at EnTrans International, LLC from March 2005 to August 2018. In this role, responsibilities included collaboration with management and engineers to implement lean strategies, conducting time studies, writing job instructions, and optimizing production workflows. Additionally, Martin co-developed and facilitated a life skills program for the McMinn County Probation Office, addressing domestic violence cases from August 2001 to February 2002. Education includes studies at Cleveland State Community College.
