Anita Nasuto

Anita Nasuto has had a long and varied career in the business and real estate arenas. Starting in 1972 as a Marketing and Advertising Assistant for The Gillette Company, they then moved to WGNA Radio 107.7 as a Regional Sales Manager in 1990. In 1992, they became an Account Exec. for Cellular One, and in 1997 opened their own business, Anita Nasuto Mortgage Banking Consultant, where they used their exceptional analytical thinking and problem solving skills to earn the reputation as the source most referred to for advice. In 2010, they became the Advertising Director for Albany Business Review, and then in 2009 worked as an Account Manager for Pebble Beach the Magazine - Desert Publications. In 2011, they moved to New York Press Association as Manager, Advertising and Marketing Services, and in 2012 began working as a Senior Account Executive for Lamar Advertising. In 2015, they became an Enterprise Business Development Representative for TAG Solutions, and in 2017 joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, where they used their background in the Real Estate arena and recognition for outstanding customer relations and business development to put together investor opportunities.

Anita Nasuto has a history of education that includes an Associate degree from The Chandler School for Women in the field of Medical/Clinical Assistant. Anita also has attended Wilbur H Lynch and the Chandler School for Women. Additionally, they hold a ShoreTel Sales OnSite Certification.
