Matthias Thier

Matthias Thier has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Their most recent position was as the Head of SEO at TAG24 News, where they have been employed since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an SEO Manager and Content Strategy Manager at the same company from 2019 to 2023.

In addition to their role at TAG24 News, Matthias has also worked as an SEO Consultant and Online Marketing Consultant at Thier Online Marketing Consulting since 2015.

Matthias has previous experience as an SEO/Web Tracking Manager at digitalwert® - Agentur für digitale Wertschöpfung GmbH from 2018 to 2019, and as an Online Marketing/SEO/Web Analytics Consultant at SEO-Küche Internet Marketing GmbH & Co. KG from 2014 to 2017.

Matthias Thier obtained a Magister degree in Alte Geschichte / Philosophie from Technische Universität Dresden from 2004 to 2012. Matthias also earned a Magister degree in Alte Geschichte / Philosophie from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz from 2007 to 2008. In addition, they studied Maschinenbau and obtained a Magister Artium degree from Technische Universität Dresden from 2003 to 2004.
