Parvathraj Jeganathan has held various managerial roles in the customer service and operations departments. From 2015 to 2017, they were the General Manager Operations at BROADSIDE CUISINES PRIVATE LIMITED. Parvathraj then moved to Bindaas Rasoi as General Manager Customer Service from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Billionsmiles Hospitality Pvt Ltd as General Manager Customer Service. In 2021, they joined Sunday as Customer Experience Manager, where they effectively supervised day-to-day front and back end operations of a busy customer service department and managed all inbound queries through omnichannel integration. Parvathraj then went on to receive a Master's degree in Nanotechnology from Technische Universität Chemnitz between 2011 and 2014.
