Stephanie Smith is currently the VP of People & Culture at Tagboard. Stephanie also diagnoses organizational structure effectiveness, ensuring the alignment of business goals with org designs or recommended solutions. Stephanie also owns and manages all People Strategy Programs, including recruiting and retention, office environment, people policies, performance reviews, Intern Programs, employee onboarding, mentorship, training and development programs, employee engagement surveys and action plans, company off-sites, and more. Stephanie launched Tagboard's first company culture program and built effective relationships and partnerships to raise Tagboard's brand awareness from a candidate and recruiting perspective. Stephanie operates at the highest levels of integrity and builds trust with every team member. Stephanie mentors team members on all aspects of their careers at Tagboard. Stephanie also participates in projects and initiatives assigned by other departments and/or Leadership team as needed. Stephanie is the protector of our cultural and people assets. Stephanie built and implemented an internship program overseeing 3 interns per quarter. Stephanie also researches new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency for onboarding and recruiting. In addition, they define quarterly People Operations KPI’s. Stephanie also drafts and copy edits bi-weekly company Email Marketing. Furthermore, they organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Stephanie establishes organizational structures. Stephanie delegates tasks and accountabilities. Stephanie also organizes company-wide new hire schedule and education Monitor, manages and improves the efficiency of support services such as HR,. Stephanie Smith has a Master of Arts (MA) from Gonzaga University in Communication and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Western Washington University in Communication. Stephanie also has a STARs Certification from the Washington State Department of Early Learning.
