Prakhar Srivastava has worked in various roles since 2019. Prakhar began their career as a Senior Technical Associate - Pre Sales at Tech Mahindra, where they were responsible for engaging with prospective clients, providing innovative solutions to solve customer's business pain points, and developing a business case for outsourcing. In 2021, they moved to Cvent as a Project Consultant, where they supported clients such as Marriott, Hyatt, KPMG, and the World Bank. Prakhar was responsible for collecting, defining, and documenting requirements, demonstrating expertise in the initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure of projects, and analyzing the project and task inter-dependencies. Currently, Prakhar is working as a Customer Success Manager at both Taggbox and Taggshop. At Taggbox, they are helping marketers to increase user engagement, build trust, and grow conversions with solutions to discover, curate, and display user-generated content across all marketing touchpoints.

Prakhar Srivastava obtained their HSC from Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions in 2015-2017, majoring in Mathematics and Science. Prakhar then obtained a Bachelor's degree from Ramanujan College in 2018-2021, majoring in Economics, Mathematical Statistics, and History. In 2020, they obtained a Google IT Support Specialization from Coursera. In 2021, they obtained a Cloud Foundations certification from Great Learning. Additionally, in 2022 they obtained a Customer Success Management Fundamentals certification from LinkedIn.
