Raven Small has held various positions in the customer success and analytics field since 2017. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise at Tagger, and a Product Solution Specialist at Hudson MX. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Panoramic as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Specialist, Senior Analytics Associate, and Analytics Associate. Prior to that, they were an Analytics Intern at Operam, LLC from 2017-2018.

Raven Small attended The College of Saint Rose from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
