Ladan Karimi, CSM, CSPO

Ladan Karimi, CSM, CSPO has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2000, Ladan began as a Software Engineer at infolio, inc before moving on to PhaseLink Corporation in 2003, where they held the same position. From 2007 to 2009, Ladan worked as a Software Engineer at Seagate Technology, i365, developing SQL for query and functions for an e-Discovery application. Ladan then joined Caspio in 2011, initially as a Technical Account Manager, conducting presentations and building long-term partner relationships. During their time at Caspio, Ladan also worked as a Sr. Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master, leading multiple Scrum teams, coaching Product Owners, and engaging with stakeholders. Ladan's most recent role is as a Sr. Technical Project Manager at InThing Corp, a position they have held since 2023.

Ladan Karimi obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Northwestern Polytechnic University, where they studied from 1998 to 2000. Ladan has also earned several additional certifications, including ACP-610 from Atlassian in June 2023, What Is Scrum? from LinkedIn in January 2022, Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from Scrum Alliance in August 2019, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in April 2019.
