Yonatan Kay

Yonatan Kay is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff for Taglit-Birthright Israel, where responsibilities include monitoring the implementation of management decisions and coordinating cross-organizational projects. Previously, Kay held various influential roles, including Special Assistant for the New Jersey-Israel Commission, Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to multiple Israeli ministers, and Parliamentary & Legal Adviser in the Knesset. Kay's expertise encompasses policy framing, legislative drafting, and facilitating high-level negotiations across governmental and public sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Conflict Research, Management, and Resolution, and a Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
