We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Business Development & Strategic Marketing Manager with a background in investment banking to join our dynamic team in New York City. This pivotal role will focus on crafting and executing OEM go-to-market strategies and forging robust partnership agreements, driving our growth and innovation forward.

Key Responsibilities

OEM Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for OEM partnerships.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the OEM services sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market plans with overall business objectives.
  • Drive the execution of go-to-market initiatives, ensuring timely and successful market entry.

Partnership Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnership opportunities with OEMs.
  • Develop and package partnership agreements that align with company goals and create mutual value.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure successful collaboration and achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, making recommendations for improvements.

Strategic Marketing:

  • Analyze the market and competitive landscape to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to support OEM partnerships.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to create marketing materials and sales tools.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support business development and marketing strategies.
  • Assess the financial viability of potential partnerships and projects.
  • Prepare business cases and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, business development, or strategic marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and partnership management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the industrial IoT sector.
  • Knowledge of OEM business models and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
