Damian Flanagan

Damian Flanagan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in production, photography, and culinary arts. Currently serving as Production Tech Lead at Tag since December 2020, Damian oversees the production workflows for photo and video projects at the APAC production studio in Sydney. Additionally, as Creative Director at LYHT and formerly as Production Tech Lead at L&A Social Media, Damian has contributed to Australia's largest independently owned social media marketing agency. Previous roles include Senior Photographer at Skyline Creative and Photo & Creative Developer at The Grounds of Alexandria, where Damian led photography initiatives and developed customer engagement experiences. With extensive experience as a chef in various prestigious establishments, including Rockpool Bar & Grill and The Sebel Resort & Spa, Damian has honed skills in supply chain management, recipe development, and event catering, alongside formal education from TAFE NSW.
