Laila Atiyah

Laila Atiyah has extensive work experience in human resources management. Laila worked at Tahaluf Al Emarat Technical Solutions, starting as a Senior Human Capital Specialist in October 2016. During their time there, they gained over 13 years of experience in various HR functions such as operational excellence, process improvement, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. Later, they were promoted to Human Resources Manager in June 2019 and then became the Human Capital Management Director in April 2021. Prior to joining Tahaluf Al Emarat Technical Solutions, they worked as an HR Officer at First Gulf Bank from June 2006 to October 2016.

From 2001 to 2005, Laila Atiyah pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology at Ajman University. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications including a Level 7 Certificate in Leadership & Management from ILM and a certification in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School, both in 2022.
