Imme Fernandez

Imme Fernandez has a strong background in operations and management, with significant work experience in the food industry. Imme is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Taher, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at H. Brooks and Company, where they held various positions including Chief Operations Officer from August 2019 to February 2021, Sr. Director of Operations from July 2013 to August 2019, and Director of Quality Systems and Food Safety from March 2010 to July 2013. Prior to joining H. Brooks and Company, Imme Fernandez served as the Plant Manager at New French Bakery from February 2003 to February 2010.

Imme Fernandez obtained a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota, completing the program between 1998 and 2000.
