Meghan Berman

Meghan Berman is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in immigration law. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at the Tahirih Justice Center since August 2021, Berman provides legal counsel and representation to immigrant survivors of gender-based violence. Previous roles include Immigration Staff Attorney at the Immigration Center for Women and Children and J.D. Caseworker/Immigration Coordinating Attorney at La Raza Centro Legal. Berman has also gained valuable experience through internships with the ACLU's Immigrants' Rights Project, The Door - A Center of Alternatives, Legal Aid Society, and as a Legal Assistant at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Berman holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in Spanish from Stanford University.
