Charley Miller

Charley Miller currently serves as the General Manager of the Olympic Valley Public Service District since May 2024 and holds a board member position at both the North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District and the Incline-Tahoe Foundation. With a background in engineering management, Charley has worked as the Engineering Manager and District Engineer at the Tahoe City Public Utility District since May 2019 and previously held the title of Engineering Manager at the Incline Village General Improvement District from August 2015 to April 2019. Charley's experience includes a significant tenure as a Principal/Senior Consultant at Cardno, focusing on Natural Systems Design, Recreation Rehabilitation, and Environmental Engineering from May 2006 to August 2015. Earlier career roles include Consulting Engineer at Lumos and Associates and Civil Engineer with the Federal Highway Administration. Charley's professional foundation began in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Petty Officer and Navigator. Charley earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from both Clemson University and the University of Bristol.
