Kaili Keefe

Kaili Keefe is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer engagement and service across various roles. Currently serving as an Engagement Coordinator at Tahoe Mountain Club since February 2023, Kaili has previously worked as a Seasonal Fine Dining Server at Guest Services, Inc., where full table-side service was provided to over 70 patrons nightly. Additional experience includes managing operations at The 02 Lounge, instructing skiing lessons at Vail Resorts, and enhancing sales strategies at Crater Lake National Park's gift shop. Kaili has also contributed to marketing efforts as an intern at Lyon Living and as a Media Coordinator for USA CamperVan, demonstrating a solid foundation in public relations with a Bachelor's degree from Washington State University.
