Marlenne D'Souza

Marlenne D'Souza has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Marlenne started their career at RSA Insurance Group as a Customer Service Representative Billing, then moved on to become a Finance Analyst within the Receivable Management Group. At RSA Canada, they excelled as the Manager of Corporate Treasury, focusing on employee development and process improvement. Marlenne later transitioned to Express Scripts as a Senior Accounting Manager before taking on the role of Director of Operations (Accounting) at TAI (Tindall Associates) in 2019. Throughout their career, Marlenne has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on employee growth, and a commitment to process efficiency.

Marlenne D'Souza obtained a B.COMM in Accounting from the University of Bombay in 1989. Marlenne further pursued studies in CPA-CGA at CPA Canada.
