Leen Lo

Leen Lo has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Leen started their career as a Community Relations Intern at Keystone Mercy Health Plan in 2004. Leen then worked as a Pharmacy Intern at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals from 2007 to 2012. Leen then joined Kindred Healthcare as a Head Pharmacy Technician from 2009 to 2012.

In 2012, they joined Covance and had various roles including Trial Logistics Associate, Drug Safety Associate, and Senior Drug Safety Associate. During their time at Covance, Leen gained experience in clinical trial management, particularly in oncology, hematology, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and other therapeutic areas. Leen also played a crucial role in the global implementation of the Electronic Data Capture System using Medidata.

From 2015 to 2019, Leen worked at PRA Health Sciences, where they held the positions of Drug Safety Associate II and Lead Drug Safety Associate/Senior Drug Safety Associate. In these roles, they were responsible for case management, safety lead responsibilities, and providing support and training to junior staff.

Since 2019, Leen has been working at Taiho Oncology, Inc. as a Pharmacovigilance Manager and later as a Senior Pharmacovigilance Manager. Their responsibilities include quality systems training, contract and operations management, and ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations.
