Sascha Bardua

Sascha Bardua is a Creative Technologist at Taikonauten, where they bridge the gap between design and engineering and develop technical concepts and digital strategies. They founded Mosaic Learning Parcours in 2020. Previously, they worked as a Master Thesis Student at Jönköping International Business School from 2017 to 2019. They also founded The Mosaic Bus in 2017, where they developed and tested a business concept of transforming a bus into a digital makerspace and innovation lab. Additionally, they worked as a Mobile Developer at Crowd Intelligence Institute GmbH from 2017 to 2018. They were a Freelancer for Strategy Development at Verb Ltd. in 2016, analyzing Verb's business model and co-developing a "web thing" strategy. They served as the CEO and CTO at MARKET TEAM e.V. from 2014 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Working Student at Dassault Systèmes 3DEXCITE from 2012 to 2016 and as an Intern in Software Development and Product Management at Verb Ltd. in 2013.

Sascha Bardua completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Media Informatics from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a Trainer for Soft Skills and Team Dynamics from MARKET TEAM – Verein zur Förderung der Berufsausbildung e. V.

Later, from 2017 to 2019, Sascha pursued a Master's degree in IT, Management & Innovation from Jönköping International Business School. In 2018, they participated in an exchange program at Tecnológico de Monterrey, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management.
