Rich P. is an experienced Loss Prevention professional with a comprehensive background in asset protection and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Tailored Brands, Inc. since January 2019, Rich oversees Loss Prevention training for over 350 stores in the Western U.S. Previous roles include Multi-District Asset Protection Manager at CVS Health, President of Rich Pinkerton and Associates, and Regional Director of Loss Prevention at J.Crew, among others. Rich has a proven track record in investigations, training, and operational auditing, alongside significant experience in the retail and entertainment sectors, including a notable tenure as an Off-Ice Official with the National Hockey League. Rich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has participated in extensive loss prevention auditing and safety programs throughout a career spanning several decades.
