Xavier Raj is an experienced professional with a strong background in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and finance systems, currently serving as the Director of HRIS & Finance Systems at Tailored Brands, Inc. since July 2014. In this role, Xavier Raj directs process solution design, system configuration, and maintenance, while managing the data architecture of HR systems and ensuring the integration of various brands. Prior to this, Xavier Raj worked at PwC in Human Capital Advisory & Technology and held a Senior Manager position at Wipro Technologies. Early career experience includes a Consultant role at Techweb Tech. Xavier Raj holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from Bharathiar University, completed in 1997.
