Daniel Hollis

Daniel Hollis has extensive work experience at Tailored Management. Daniel began as an Intern in 2013, handling tasks such as employment verification, resume sourcing, interview scheduling, and background checks. In 2016, they became a Staffing Specialist, managing candidate submissions, coordinating with candidates, and overseeing payroll for contractors. Daniel then progressed to the role of Sr. Client Project Analyst, where they acted as a liaison between recruiting personnel, client management, and senior management to enhance recruitment processes and systems. In 2020, Daniel was promoted to the position of Mgr. of Business Reporting & Analytics, and most recently, they became the Director of Business Reporting & Analytics, starting in June 2023.

Daniel Hollis completed their high school education at Pickerington North High School from 2007 to 2011. Daniel then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development at Notre Dame College, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
