Leanne Earthey has a diverse work experience in product design and engineering roles. Leanne started their career at Marks and Spencer as a Software Engineer, where they worked on front-end development using various technologies. Leanne then transitioned to a UX Design Engineer role, working on the full product lifecycle across enterprise and consumer applications.
Leanne later joined Jinn as a UX/UI Designer, where they redesigned the customer-facing website and created product brand guidelines. Leanne also handled sketching, wireframing, mockups, and UI design using tools like Sketch, InVision, and Zeplin.
After Jinn, Leanne worked at onefinestay as a Product Designer, leading the design for the company's ecommerce website. Leanne conducted user testing, collaborated with stakeholders, and analyzed data findings.
Leanne then joined CitySprint as a UX/UI Designer, where they owned the product design process for the internal courier application. Leanne also advocated for data-driven design and mentored junior team members. Leanne was later promoted to Product Team Lead, managing a team and designing solutions to user problems.
Currently, Leanne is working at tails.com as a Senior Product Designer. Leanne is leading the design and contributing to the company's strategy across multiple squads in the e-commerce shopping space. Leanne is also mentoring other designers, driving ways of working, and working within the Shopping squad to improve average revenue per order.

Leanne Earthey has a diverse education history. Leanne attended Anglia Ruskin University from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Certificate of Higher Education in Primary Education. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia, Animation & The Web from Anglia Ruskin University, completing their studies in 2013.
Before attending university, Leanne Earthey attended Seevic College from 2007 to 2009. Leanne pursued A-Levels & AS Levels in various subjects including Photography, Sociology, IT, General Studies, and Psychology.
In addition to their formal education, Leanne Earthey has also obtained several certifications.
