Aileen Allen

Aileen Allen's work experience includes various roles in marketing, consulting, advising, and investing. Since 2022, they have served as the Head of Marketing at Tailscale, where they are responsible for leading the marketing team. Additionally, they operate their own company, Aileen Allen LLC, as a Marketing Consultant, specializing in B2B PLG SaaS companies. Aileen defines marketing strategies and builds early teams for their clients.

Aileen also serves as an Advisor to the CEO at Fuzy.AI and as an Advisor to the COO at Relay Construction Solutions. Aileen is an Angel Investor at Houston Angel Network, AnaOno, and Swoovy, and a Limited Partner and Founding Advisor at Blank Ventures and Stage 2 Capital respectively.

Prior to their current roles, Aileen worked as a Mentor at Halo Incubator in 2020.

Aileen Allen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from St. Edward's University. Aileen also studied Spanish Language and Literature at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Irish Studies at University College Dublin. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Foundations and Market from Pragmatic Marketing in December 2017, Intro to Coding from Austin Coding Academy in July 2016, High-Tech Product Management & Marketing from UC Berkeley Extension in May 2012, and Certified Product Owner, SCRUM from Collabnet in 2012.
