Lana Kairos, MBA, PCC

Lana Kairos, MBA, PCC has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they hold the position of VP of People at Tailscale, a role they began in January 2023. Prior to this, Lana was a Member at Chief, where they started in August 2022. In the same year, they co-founded Gravitate Partners, which focuses on an undisclosed area of expertise. Lana Kairos holds a diverse educational background that spans over several years. In 1996, Lana completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Southern California. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the USC Marshall School of Business, which they successfully completed between 2011 and 2013. In 2017 and 2018, Lana attended the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, specializing in Executive and Performance Coaching. Lana also obtained a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion Program from Cornell University.

In terms of certifications, Lana acquired the title of Certified Executive Coach - PCC from the International Coaching Federation in September 2018. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Embodied Social Justice from The Embody Lab, although the exact date of completion is unavailable.
