Richard Winter

Richard Winter has extensive experience in systems engineering and project management within the mobile radio communications industry. Since 1997, Richard has served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Tait Communications, specializing in systems engineering design for MPT1327 and DMR trunked mobile radio systems. Richard has held various roles at Tait Communications, including Trunked Network Development Consultant and Development Projects Manager for the Trunked Network Division. Prior to this, Richard worked at Tait Electronics Ltd and Motorola Storno, gaining expertise in product assurance, technical coordination, and project engineering. Richard holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
