Rafael DeJesus has over 16 years of experience in various roles within the IT industry. Rafael is currently serving as the Director of Global Technical Support Operations at TAIT, where they manage the global service desk and implements a change management process for IT releases. Prior to this, Rafael worked as the Director of IT Support Services at Vibra Healthcare, where they implemented the ITIL framework and provided leadership to a team of IT staff. Rafael also has experience as a Manager at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, where they led a team of IT professionals and contractors and implemented sustainable support strategies.
