Bob MacRae has been working in the printed circuit board industry since 1986. Bob began their career at ECC Corporation as an Imaging Process Engineer, where they were responsible for all photographic and photoimaging processes involved in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards. This included generating artwork, Dry Film processes, solder mask and silk screen legend printing. In 1994, they moved to Parlex Corporation as a Solder Mask Process Engineer. Bob returned to ECC Corporation in 1995, where they served as Manufacturing Eng. Manager and Process Engineering Manager, with duties including management of the Process Engineering Dept and Chemical Lab, as well as the creation of engineering processes and methods involved in the manufacturing of PWB's. In 2003, they joined Taiyo America, Inc. as Regional Sales Manager, and in 2013 they were promoted to Eastern Regional Sales Manager, responsible for all Sales and Tech Service for the Eastern half of North America, Eastern Canada and South America, selling solder mask and other coatings to the PWB industry.
Bob MacRae received their H.S. Diploma and Certificate of Completion of 4 years in electronics from Blackstone Valley Vocational Regional School District in 1982. Bob then attended Central New England College from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.
