Prior roles include Quality & Compliance Officer at Sodexo, where Teri managed Quality and EHS compliance for the GSK account; EHS Supervisor and QA Engineer at Ensival Moret, focused on developing and improving the company's EHS system and Quality Management System; Quality Engineer at Jiangyin Haida Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd., managing quality control for key projects; and Recipe Engineer at Qingdao Hailiwei Sealing Co., Ltd., specializing in rubber recipe optimization.
