Ahmed Aldarrak

Ahmed Aldarrak is a seasoned professional in business excellence and project management with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Excellence at Takamol Holding since January 2023, Ahmed leads initiatives related to the Qiwa Portfolio. Prior to this role, Ahmed directed the Job Creation Index initiative at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia from December 2021 to December 2022. Ahmed's background also includes overseeing a portfolio of national initiatives at the Human Resources Development Fund from October 2014 to December 2021, as well as various roles at STC Advanced Solutions and the General Organization for Social Insurance, where skills in project and program management were developed. Education includes an MBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Kansas.
