Ayman AlSuweilmy has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 with the Saudi Stock Exchange (TADAWUL), where they held roles as an HR Operations Officer, Manpower Officer, and Training & Development Officer. Since 2014, they have been working at Takamol Holding, where they have held various positions such as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Senior Specialist, Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and currently, Senior Director. Ayman'sexperience primarily focuses on talent acquisition and HR business partnership.

Ayman AlSuweilmy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from King Abdulaziz University in 2010. Ayman then pursued a Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) degree at Alyamamah University from 2017 to 2019.
