Osama Alahmar

Osama Alahmar's work experience begins in 1993 when they co-founded Barada Information Systems and served as the Business Development Manager. Osama played a role in designing the first Arabic business programs.

In 1998, they worked as a Consultant for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia.

From 2000 to 2003, Alahmar worked as a Senior Consultant at Motorola Life Science - GE Healthcare, where they were responsible for program launching, software testing, packaging, database administration, and optimization.

In 2004, they became the Software Development Manager at siscom.

Starting in 2006, Alahmar joined Elm Company and served as Manager until 2008. Osama was then promoted to Head of Development. Osama also worked as the Strategic Alliance Manager, overseeing the signing of multiple MOUs with international companies.

From 2014 to 2016, they worked for TakaMoL Holding as the VP of Business Development. Osama contributed to transforming the Saudi labor market and led various initiatives such as upskilling unemployed individuals through online training and increasing female participation in the labor market.

In 2015, Alahmar founded Paradios Co, where they served as the Founder and VP of Business Development. The company aimed to partner in changing the lives of communities through transformational projects.

From 2017 to 2022, they held the position of Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Hawaz.

Currently, Alahmar holds the role of Vice President, Advisory at Takamol Holding, starting in 2022.

Osama Alahmar earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from King Saud University from 1984 to 1989. In 2008, they attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education program for Delivering Information Services. In 2010, they completed the Executive Program for Growing Companies and Influence at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. In 2013, they also attended the Interpersonal Dynamics for High-Performance Executives program at Stanford, as well as the Influence and Negotiation Strategies Program in 2011.
