Melissa del Rosario

Melissa Del Rosario, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the field of molecular and cellular biology, currently serving as the Senior Product Manager for Spatial Genomics at Takara Bio USA, Inc. since June 2025, where Melissa manages the spatial genomics portfolio. Previously, Melissa held roles at Illumina as a Staff Product Manager, leading the strategic direction for the DRAGEN secondary data analysis platform and achieving a 48% growth in revenue. At DNA Script, Melissa managed the SYNTAX platform, overseeing key aspects of product development and customer satisfaction. Earlier positions include Product Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where Melissa led the commercialization of innovative gene-editing verification software and a substantial portfolio of capillary electrophoresis products, and Product Manager at Partek Inc., successfully launching major software releases.
