Belinda Hayes Ph.D.

Belinda Hayes PhD, PCC, CPCC is an accomplished Executive Leadership Coach with extensive experience across various educational and professional settings. Currently, Belinda serves as an Executive Leadership Coach at Takatuf Oman and CompetenceHR, and as an Associate Coach at BetterUp since 2021. In addition, Belinda contributes as a Professional Teaching Fellow at The University of Auckland, focusing on the 'Career Navigator' Project, and works as an Educational Consultant in Executive and Professional Development for the Business School. Past roles include Teaching and Learning Coach at Te Pūkenga, Associate Coach at BLSS Coaching, and Programme Director for the Ministry of Higher Education of Oman.
