Aldrin Shu is an experienced culinary professional with a solid background in hospitality management. Currently serving as a Private Chef at Take a Chef since February 2024 and as a Senior Food Service Specialist at Cut+Dry since May 2021, Aldrin has demonstrated expertise in food services. Prior experience includes the role of Chef De Partie and Management Trainee at Cinnamon Grand Colombo from February 2018 to May 2021. Aldrin's educational qualifications include an advanced diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from William Angliss Institute, completed between 2015 and 2017, and earlier studies at St. Peter's College and the Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management.
