Alicia Poulos

Alicia Poulos has worked in customer service and management for over 18 years. Alicia has experience in the medical field, specifically billing and Medicaid, as well as the retail industry. Alicia is currently an enrollment specialist manager at Take Command. Alicia was previously a lead stylist at Stitch Fix and a program specialist at the Texas Department of State Health Services. Alicia has also worked as a supervisor at Cedar Park Pediatric & Family Medicine and a billing specialist at Dell Children's Medical Center Foundation. Alicia started their career in customer service as a registration and billing representative at Austin Regional Clinic. Alicia is a people person with a passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service.

Alicia Poulos has a State Approved First Responder Certificate in Emergency Medical Services from EMS Network and an Office Administration, Child Development, and Biblical Studies certificate from Capitol City Christian College. Alicia also has a certification from the State of Texas in General lines - life, accident, health and HMO Insurance Agent License and a LinkedIn certification in Body Language for Authentic Leadership.
