Amanda Jacobs is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in various roles within the medical and aesthetic fields. Currently serving as Specialized Operations Support at Take Command, Amanda assists customers in selecting health plans and provides frontline support for employees navigating new benefits. Prior to this, Amanda worked as a Care Coordinator at Forward, delivering remote support and facilitating care for members. Additional experience includes roles as a Certified Medical Assistant and Licensed Aesthetician at American Laser Therapies, and various positions at dermatology practices where Amanda supported physicians in procedures, provided patient care, and performed aesthetic treatments.
