Bradley Howell

Bradley Howell is the current Director of Operations at Take Command. Previously, they were the Executive Director of Operations at Belmont Village Senior Living from September 2016 to March 2022. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the 24/7 365 operations, including leading and overseeing financials, sales, marketing, human resources, digital systems management, nursing/care, building maintenance, housekeeping, transportation, dining, activities, memory care, and so on. Bradley was also responsible for managing short- and long-term Agile projects, including digital system implementation, staffing optimization initiatives, and new offering launch and management.

Before their role at Belmont Village Senior Living, Bradley was a Sales and Marketing Counselor at Lincolnwood Place from January 2010 to August 2016. In this role, they educated prospects on Lincolnwood Place Retirement Community, secured security deposits and move-ins, facilitated community outreach, and planned and executed marketing events at Lincolnwood Place and the surrounding community.

Previously, Bradley was a Life Enhancement Planner at Medilodge of Howell from January 2009 to December 2009. Before that, they were a Sales Associate at McKinley Properties from January 2007 to December 2008.

Bradley Howell earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. In addition, Bradley Howell holds certification from the Texas Assisted Living Association as an Assisted Living Administrator.
