Ven Shanmugam

Ven Shanmugam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as SVP of Agency & Client Experience at Take Command since September 2022, Ven focuses on enhancing consumer-centric health insurance solutions through Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA). Previously, Ven held COO positions at Semo and Claimatic®, where responsibilities included improving consumer access to data for better insurance decisions and developing a groundbreaking SaaS solution for the property and casualty insurance claims industry, respectively. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at Rackspace, where Ven managed AWS services and strategic accounts, and GE Healthcare, where Ven oversaw significant partnerships and ensured compliance within a global sourcing framework. Ven holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
