Mikaela Gross

Mikaela Gross has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mikaela began their career as a Collection Research Assistant at The Israel Museum, Jerusalem in 2007. Mikaela later worked at Art + Commerce/IMG Worldwide as an Agent and then as a Producer & Project Manager from 2008 to 2014. In 2015, Mikaela interned at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard LLP, and also served as a Senior Articles Editor at Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. Mikaela became a Student Member of the Art Law Committee at the New York City Bar Association from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Herrick, Feinstein LLP as a Legal Intern and later joined Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard LLP as an Associate, where they worked until 2020. Mikaela also had a brief position as a Secondment Attorney at A+E Networks in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director & Counsel, Product at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. starting in April 2022. Mikaela's expertise lies in intellectual property law and counseling.

Mikaela Gross obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from Bard College from 2003 to 2007. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Intellectual Property Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University.
