Charles Brittz

Charles Brittz has a diverse work experience in the field of testing and consulting. Charles started their career as a Test Analyst at iLAB Project Services in 2001 and worked on various projects, including manual testing and designing test product templates. Charles then joined FNB Online as a Test Manager in 2004, overseeing testing activities for the online banking solution. In 2006, Charles took on the role of Test Lead and Test Analyst at Micro to Mainframe, managing the test team and performing test analysis and design. Charles returned to FNB Online in 2007 as a Systems Analyst, focusing on system design and documentation.

Charles then joined Micro to Mainframe again in 2008 as a Delivery Manager, responsible for managing client relationships and delivering projects. Charles worked as an Embedded Test Specialist at Rand Merchant Bank from 2012 to 2013, conducting testing for a Data Warehouse project. Charles then became a Test Consultant at Test Co. in 2013, where they established and ran the Western Cape office and served as the Head of Testing for CTO at ABSA. In 2018, they joined takealot.com as the Engineering Director: QA.

In 2001, Charles Brittz briefly attended CTU where they studied web design. No degree was obtained.
