Josh Biber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in population health, patient-reported outcomes, and leadership within both the healthcare and military sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director at Takeda Oncology and Founder of PROM Consulting LLC, Josh specializes in consulting on patient-reported outcomes in clinical trials and technology integration. Previous roles include Fellowship at Verily, Associate Director positions at Xcenda, QualityMetric Incorporated, and Optum, where expertise in comparative effectiveness research and population health solutions was demonstrated. With a solid foundation in analytics innovation from the University of Utah Health and project management experience at MetLife, Josh's early career includes leadership as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force.
