Agus Darwanto

Agus Darwanto is an accomplished professional in the field of precision and translational medicine, currently serving as Senior Director at Affini-T Therapeutics since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles at GSK as Director of Companion Diagnostics in Oncology (March 2020 - September 2021) and various positions at Novartis between March 2017 and March 2020, encompassing Senior Principal Scientist and Program Leader-Associate Director roles in oncology precision medicine. Darwanto began a career in molecular diagnostics at QIAGEN as a Senior Scientist from July 2014 to March 2017. Prior to that, experience as Scientist II at MolecularMD involved advancing Next Generation Sequencing technologies. An academic background includes serving as Instructor/Research Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University, along with a postdoctoral research position. Agus Darwanto earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Pathology from Kobe University between 2000 and 2004.
