Antje Ritz

Antje Ritz is an accomplished professional in demand planning and supply chain management with extensive experience across several leading companies. Currently serving as Global Demand Planning BPO and Global Demand Planning Process Manager at Takeda since March 2016, Antje has implemented new demand planning processes and systems. Prior experience includes a role as S&OP and Demand Planning Manager at Mars, where leadership over a planning team and local IBP implementation was key. At Procter & Gamble, Antje held various positions including WE Category Demand Manager for Oral Care and EMEA Portfolio Optimization Leader, focusing on demand review and supply chain optimization. Antje holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management and Controlling from the University of Applied Sciences Fulda.
