Ariadna Padilla

Ariadna Padilla serves as the Legal Head for Takeda Iberia, responsible for crafting and implementing legal strategies across various business units and managing external legal consultants in Latin America. With prior experience as Lead Counsel for Shire in Mexico and Central America, Ariadna's background includes significant roles at Merck as Associate Director of Legal & Compliance and as Legal Director at Grupo Peñafiel, where involvement in M&A projects and advising on a range of legal matters were prominent. Earlier in the career, Ariadna held legal positions at Cadbury Schweppes Bottling Group. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura from Universidad La Salle, specialized studies in corporate law from Universidad Iberoamericana, and various diplomas focusing on health product regulation and economic competition from renowned institutions. Recently, Ariadna completed a program at IE University pertaining to health sciences and the pharmaceutical industry.
