Brian Kirchner

Brian Kirchner serves as the Director of U.S. Operations and Solutions at Takeda since January 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing field functions and centralized commercial operations across four business units. Prior roles at Takeda include Sales Force Effectiveness Lead for the GI Rare Disease Franchise and Senior Regional Business Director, where coaching and development of regional business managers were emphasized. Previously, Brian held senior leadership positions at Shire, managing regional teams in the Mid-Atlantic and NYC areas, and achieved notable Presidents Club Awards in 2007 and 2013 for national sales performance.
