Colin Mitchell

Colin Mitchell is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director and HR Business Leader for the US Business Unit at Takeda since July 2015, Colin Mitchell has held multiple positions within the organization, including Director and Associate Director of Global HR Business Partner in the Global Oncology Business Unit. Before joining Takeda, Colin Mitchell worked at Philips from April 2011 to July 2015, where roles included Senior Manager of HR Business Partner for both Philips Lifeline and the Global Healthcare Sector. Previous experience includes roles at Shell from August 2005 to April 2011, where Colin Mitchell served as Field HR Account Manager among other positions, and earlier positions at ExxonMobil from July 2002 to August 2005. Colin Mitchell holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Bellarmine University.
