Donal Brady

Donal Brady is currently the Regional Head of Engineering for Europe and Growth & Emerging Markets at Takeda, a position held since November 2019. Prior to this role, Donal served in various engineering and EHS leadership positions at Takeda Ireland between 2011 and 2019, overseeing maintenance, calibration, and performance of site utilities and managing a significant team. Donal's earlier experience includes a decade at LEO Pharma, focusing on continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing, as well as front end engineering at MSD (Organon) and Premier Periclase. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical from University College Dublin.
